The building site

This is where we are going to build our monolithic dome. If you have no idea what a monolithic dome is, here is the official web site. I am in the picture with our two goats.



Here is the building site from another angle. My husband, Andrew, has cleared the whole site by himself. He used his tractor as much as he could. He also used a shovel, pick, and breaker bar.
He has been working on the site since last summer.



On Thursday, March 20th, our builder, Marty Heaton, brought his Bobcat down for Andrew to use.

My children

I wanted to post a better picture of my children. In the family picture, my son, Michael was not smiling. Anyone who knows Michael, knows that he is a very smiley boy! Here is a better picture of Michael with his older sister, Lexie and his younger brother, Zachary.

Today is the start of my blog. I have been asked by different people to blog. Some want to know about the dome we are building, some want to know about our farm, and some just want to see updated pictures of my children. So, I will start with a picture of my family.
